10. Manage Databases
The Manage Database tool allows the user to load and check a database, as well as create a new Bin file from the loaded Database. To use this tool, click the icon in the sidebar:
The following screen will open:
To load a Database, either drag and drop the *.CSV file into the Databases pane or use the icon:

Open the required *.CSV file, and the database will load. To view the database, select it in the database pane, and it will open:
Using this pane, you can add or delete records, as well as amend any existing records. To add or delete a record, control + click (or right click) the entry and a dialog will open asking if you wish to add an entry or delete the selected entry.
If Add an Entry is selected, a new blank entry is added to the database. To add data, click the field you wish to populate, and a text box will become active.
If Delete is selected, the selected line in the database will be deleted.
If you wish to create a Bin file from the loaded database, control + click (or right click) the database in the Databases pane. A dialog will open asking:
Add Database | A box will open asking you to load a *.CSV file |
Rename | Renames the Database |
Create Bin from DB | Create a Bin from the loaded Database |
Delete | Closes the database |
Select Create Bin from DB option, and a new Bin will be created. If you select this option, the screen will revert to the Home workspace, and the new bin will be active (yellow menu bar) alongside any other bins that are opened.
